Hi Rosie. I love these videos and remember when you did lots of unboxings and they were so good looks lovely hand cream use it sparingly at that price 😂. I would guess that they probably didn’t put the hand-cream in the gift bag so the bag didn’t get damaged in transit. You would have thought though that an expensive brand like that would make gift bags to fit all the products that they sell.

£45 for a hand cream?!! OMG that's so expensive...especially when it doesn't even seem to have any special ingredients. Glad it turned out to smell and feel nice though lol, Rosie!! x
