Amazing collection pick up! I can smell the old paper just from watching the video. Do yourself a favor and spend some time going through that issue of Famous Monsters #56 with the Frankenstein cover. It's a tribute issue to Boris Karloff who passed away at that time. Looking forward to the monster mags!

There was quite a smell for sure! lol. It has dissipated a bit but definitely smelled like grandmas attic ! I’ll definitely look through that issue. Those mags are amazing! Thanks!

Amazing collection. Just imagine if they had been all bagged and boarded instead of loose. Crazy there was 3 Dr. Doom issues in there. But an amazing collection. That stuff isn't easy to come by these days.

Nice collection! Too bad most of the books weren’t take care of properly but that is how it was back in the 60s and 70s. Most of them were tossed around and read a lot. You still got some amazing comics at a great price! 👍

Whats the best platform to post your better books for sale? Is it ebay? Ive never sold a comic before but im tired of having books just sitting in bins and boxes. I only buy to read nowadays and dont chase keys or cool covers just to have them. Its a really deceptive hobby. All the luster is the the buy and then its gone. Took me a while to figure out and now im stuck with 5 large bins and probably 10 short boxes of books and i maybe want to keep 1 short box of reading favorites. What to do i dunno.

If you’re looking to sell online, I would first try Facebook marketplace. By doing that you would not have to pay any fees for selling. But eBay is always a good option as well. Or if you have a local flea market or a local comic book show in your area where you live, that’s always an option.
