I love the birds with the other paper behind even more than the mirror affect. The look is softer. Does your mind ever sleep at night or do you just put your head on the pillow and create in your dreams? Your imagination just never stops. Lucky us that you share.

I've seen people spray their decoupage paper with water with smaller projects. I haven't tried it and wondered if you had tried it. Then I saw you spraying! Maybe it's better for small projects. I always appreciate how you try different techniques. I always LOVE your windows!

Hi Yvonne, I always love all your windows and I love the bird decoupage paper you use but for a favourite it has to be the old red barn, it looks adorable and I think you’ve finally made me want to purchase a couple of old windows. If I’d have still been with my ex husband I’d have had lots of windows to choose from cos he used to purchase a ton of them but , guess that is just reminiscing. I’m going to look for some myself. I have just ordered an old church on decoupage paper which is going to take a while to arrive but I’m excited waiting. I can’t remember what else I purchased but I know there was more. Though they were all delightful, the Red Barn won me over, because it could be taken a step farther, by placing the decoupaged barn on a larger window glass that fits the outside edge of the back of the window frame, with the front glass intact and real branches fixed in place between the two windows, for a three- dimensional look. You Are Inspiring!

Those birds are one of my favorites from Zazzle and I love how you combined them; hope it's OK if I do something like that on a smaller scale. FYI they are based on the Victorian era print "A Perch of Birds" by Hector Giacomelli.

Oh, how sweet those windows turned out. I wish I could be so lucky to find at least 3 windows. You definitely got a deal on those. Loved the birds on the wire or stick whatever they were hanging on. I believe you did something like this before with the birds n fell in love with that too. Really liked the idea of using that other tissue paper for the backing. Looked good! I don’t think there’s anything that I don’t like that you do 😊. Is that bird tissue paper from Zazzle? Would love to try my hand at doing one in a window. Have you ever tried the spray mod podge? Just curious if the paint brush leaves brush strokes on the glass or using the spray dries clear without marks. GREAT HAUL ON THE WINDOWS...YOU HIT THE JACKPOT❤️❤️❤️
