I agree that Ryu in WCI skin doesn't make sense, but in this case it's either this way or nothing, there is no intermediate version between Luffy NW and Luffytaro in the game, i mean making a skin purely for Bounceman or Snakeman is somehow wrong.

The only nerf i noticed is that elephant gatling has no armor until you hit the enemy. So i keep my rating for him, actually i dont even remember how i rated him :D
