I Broke 2 bats in 2 swings.. | USSSA Slowpitch | Cage BP

I broke my 2025 GC Tantrum after about 650/700 swings in a 75 degree batting cage. These bats are insane, I’m predicting them to be one of the top bats in 2025.
My Suncoast had about 8k on it and still only popped the end cap. Which is wild if you know bats. It only seamed at the two piece connecting point very lightly.
This was a 200 hit batting session with 4 different bats although I only put in 3. I swung a code red in my last round that seemed very solid. Send one to give away Anarchy!!!

@@matthewross8065 I’ve been working on tricks to prevent this, because I tape handles. If you get a very compressed wrap and tape of them it helps so much. I’ll check it with the new Juno’s also. And Jax patented athletic gloves help too,

@@AdrienBarrera-x8t I got a lot more out of my Kp and Suncoast and they were both very hot. Less that 275 out of wrap, this tested 275. So think it broke a little quick imo

I got about the same out of my last axe...about 700 or so swings. Now that one of my buddies that i bp with has a tester, i swing mine till they feel good and are sitting in that 245-260 range(depending on where they start and when they feel opened up) and then only game them. Ive broken a few bats from throwing a ton of bp swings on em but every bat is different. My og tantrum 1pc and bedlam 1pc are way below failing with a ton of swings on them and are still going but if you can get 500-600 swings with a broken in hot ass bat...i dont know if theres much to complain about imo.

Junos are nasty bro maybe you should give em a try. No durability issues at all just paint chipping...not sure if you'll feel comfortable with their handle tho, its probably the thinnest one out there

@ if you get a wood bat get something heavy like a 30 oz I have one from viper and it’s great to help in the offseason the demarini seem to start high and stay passing compression longer and you just game the hotter bats

@ I Bp with a 30 oz EL black magic. Most bats will probably hold compression this year since they’re so much stiffer and suncoast lost. They ain’t want to be banned either. I’ll definitely grab a wood bat and have some fun! Send me the link to yours!

The suncoast looks to be altered. Not sure they put a black coating on the inside of the bat before the put an end cap on. But I may be wrong.

@@rockyowens2206 haha!!!! I most definitely didn’t alter it. Been hearing cut for all my bats. It’s just hitting hard. I have a recording of the inside of the bat which is straight composite if you’d like it brother. Since so many people have suggested this. You can’t take suncoast end caps off without breaking it.
