Today I changed the most fundamental rules of Minecraft, by changing Minecraft's Mobs Spawning Mechanics! I made it so all hostile mobs could spawn in daylight, and burn in the dark! It was very challenging and fun!

You should try this but with ore spawn rates switched, where diamond is as common as coal but iron is as rare as diamonds, so you can't get it

Other ideas include you can only be safe when mining if you dig straight up or down, creepers and spiders are the ones the burn not zombies and skeletons, and all light sources now give off “anti-light” (basically they make the area darker so that mobs burn

There's already a datapack that does this. It's called Mercraft. I'm sure you can combine the two if Toiu releases this mod.
