I have a way to improve most of theese, but i'm not sure wether it's valid. When you spawn a rocket into the world, the part that was placed the lowest in the build engine will spawn on the launchpad. And if you put a gap between the lowest part and the actual rocket, it gets preserved when spawning. What i'm saying is that if you place any part 30 or more kilometers below your rocket, it will spawn above the karman line. I have no idea wether this is cheating or not

its not, but it only works in cheat category. some of the records use that, I have experimented around with it, but the issue is if you are trying to get to somewhere like the asteroid, its very sensitive to relative velocity, and if you have no gravity cheats on then the encounter would pass it up. inversely if you spawn the rocket at the location of the asteroid, then something happens in the game where it causes parts to not connect and the rocket essentially falls apart

Idea for moon and back if bd editing is allowed: timewarp on the ground so the moon is directly above, activate a bd edited side separator, before colison activate other bd edited side separator to slow down, land, and use another bd edited side sepatator to return

What about furthest spacecraft part away from the Earth? I’ll start. I launched an antimatter bomb on the Launch Pad once and it EXPLODED into a million pieces (of course) Here’s where it gets interesting though. The negative mass fuel tanks I used as a way to propel other parts out of the bomb dislodged and floated through space at an eye-watering 40,000 m/s. I let the fuel tank move through the Solar System for a few days and soon enough I reached 1 billion kilometres from the Earth. I’m thinking about letting the fuel tank move through Space more.

I tried doing the mercury return mission about 2 weeks ago with my bp edited starship but I ran out of fuel before I could even deorbit to earth and I couldn’t save my rocket since it didn’t have any docking ports and if I tried pushing it, the rocket would burn from atmospheric drag because it has to have heat shields attached to it 😭😭😭
