You are correct. While the game catches up after warping trying to unload the area you warp to, the new area takes a while to load and the triggers don't load for ~30 seconds.

For the test of wood shrine, you could try skew clipping into the shrine, but it’s a bit difficult and I’m not sure if it would even work

I tried, the minigame ends immediately when you unequip the shield to start the skew in. Also you can't interact with shrine entrances during minigames if we could get past the gate.

I do intend to keep things G/PG. The swear at the end was intended to be fully cut off(not just partially), with the video cutting to the outro on "little" allowing adults to get where the joke was going and kids to stay oblivious(similar to jokes put into kids movies that go over kids heads but adults laugh at). This week has been ultra busy getting ready for a work interview and I spent ~12 hours yesterday editing this getting it ready for today. Then immediately had to stream after reviewing it once and completely missed that I didn't censor it. Don't worry, I will keep a better eye out in the future to ensure I don't miss this again. I normally always aim to censor an entire word to leave it up to the imagination. The "Sailor Mouth" episode of Spongebob is the perfect example.

I thought of that, too. Considering how easy it was to end the mini-game, it can’t have been more practical. I’m curious! I don’t think I’ve seen him shield clip through walls in any of these vids, actually. He does Ollie Clipping often. Usually, shield-clipping through walls is extremely practical, though, so it’d make sense not to do it. But there are definitely ways to make it impractical 😁. That said, I don’t know of a speedrun where they clip into that shrine. They usually start the quest and wind-bomb to the end for ToW and Oaki, pretty sure.

I see he answered this one. Skew clipping requires removing the shield and then you fail the test of wood. Plus, when you clip, you still need to interact with the pedestal elevator, which you can’t during the mini-game. Proof these vids take even longer than it seems, since he tried allllll that 🤣🤣🤣
