That's very tough life interview. Brother ❕ you have done so well for yourself. Some women deliberately set traps for the men, so they can have their wicked ways and some men as well. Just be smart and still there are some decent people out there. Big ups ✊🏿✊🏿✊🏿✊🏿. Definitely, I will rather marry a Ghanaian woman already in the UK, not cross country marriage. Some Ghanaian women in the UK are very down to earth though, just be watchful.

This is what I have experienced here; the men bring the ladies from Ghana and they treat them with the “ I brought you here mentality so submit to me”. In most cases, they exert excessive control over the women. Initially, the women conform and as they gradually immerse themselves into the culture they become enlightened and now put up a resistance. Then the men say they are being disrespectful. Most cases I have witnessed

@@sexualchocolate10 yes it’s not entirely what I said above but that’s my take after what I have witnessed in the states. The men don’t realize you can’t treat women here like we do in Ghana . It is the same with Ghanaians in any Western countries. I was going through hardships not finding job in the town I leave in. All white people used me for are volunteering. I told them my sad stories. Though I knew them from home and grew up together in Ghana, they lied to hear my story but never helped me to relocate to where they leave. I didn't need anything from them. All that I needed was relocation. They lied to me and never helped me. One of them even uses me for references.

It is very sad story which is common among some African women in the West. Some come abroad through the man they marry in Ghana. Then leave their husbands to marry their old boyfriends that they always want to join before meeting the man they marry through some women's dishonesty. I'm not saying men are perfect. To me, it is very wicked for anyone to do that to someone else.
@Glass_Nkoaa2 жыл бұрын
I'm a British and also Ghanaian citizen with PHD as a quantitative analyst. What I have realised is that people who lack education never really enjoy da developed world and also fail to see the opportunities here. They talk so bitter about life abroad whilst those of us who are well educated always enjoy ourselves here. It's never work to home unless u never educated urself. Most of those uneducated people never fully integrate into the system. Here u need to educated urself to appreciate the life here.
@Glass_Nkoaa2 жыл бұрын
@@ghanamafia7199 My problem is that instead of saying their lack of education has made life bitter for them they usually think they can talk for everyone. People always say life here is work to home but that's only for those who are not properly integrated in the system or are not educated enough to explore. There are many things people could do but they choose to stay at home and complain.
@Glass_Nkoaa2 жыл бұрын
@@thebill8891 then the illiterate ones should not talk with so much authority as if they know the country. They should understand that this is a high society which can be really stressful to those who are not properly educated. Their miserable is mainly due to the fact that they have a low mindset and so cannot explore the opportunities available properly.
@Glass_Nkoaa2 жыл бұрын
@@mrw1762 it's part of it. It doesn't mean that's all there is to it. There is no perfect culture. Integration does not mean taking the negative aspect of the culture. Be positive and u will enjoy urself in the UK.

The police don't normally beat you but if you're reported as being a wife beater, you better comply because the police that usually answer those calls are very huge and ready to teach you a lesson. Any domestic violence call is taken very seriously and the police that answer those calls don't joke. You play tough with them at your own peril. 😅 A family friend told me how they made him feel this small after his wife lied to get him arrested.
