I think all engineers should at some point in time should join a Start-up, the energy and pace of work is so different, you might have to perform different roles and if you are part of the founding cohort the high risk high returns atmosphere will drive you to be efficient. no time for face-time work.. an experience that is so valuable for an engineer, even if it doesn't work out.

We need more of such companies which tape on knowledge n brain power. Some industries like wafer fab require lot of water n electricity should go to places like Malaysia!

I'm an AI engineer with over 4+ years of experience working on a wide range of projects. My focus is on building smart, AI-driven solutions that help businesses improve their performance. I've worked in industries like healthcare, real estate, aerospace, and e-commerce, where I’ve helped clients by creating everything from chatbots and sound classifiers to complex data analysis platforms. What sets me apart is my ability to take challenging problems and build AI models that provide real, practical solutions. Whether it's improving email automation, creating systems to analyze scientific studies, or developing tools for real-time decision-making in space tech, I love using AI to make things more efficient. I'm skilled in Python, NLP, machine learning, Gen AI and API development, and I always aim to build systems that not only work but are also scalable and easy to maintain. I'm always excited to collaborate with individuals or organizations looking to leverage AI to drive growth and innovation. Let's work together!

Robots are the future; there’s just no stopping it. If you study anything in robotics, you’re setting yourself up for success. Look into fields like robotics engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or computer science-any of these will give you the skills you need to be part of the tech industry
@itsothie11962 ай бұрын
@@andia968 Oh I really understand you here. Robots have actually not yet got profitable but this is the time to venture into them. Much as labour is currently cheaper, the world is facing a population decline and besides we could start by thinking of robotics which integrate with workers to increase efficiency and speed while reducing error Their is actually no point in putting people out of work but it'll start making financial sense if these 3 factors are the core of our robotics All employers would like automation that fastens production while cutting the error
@itsothie11962 ай бұрын
For a simple example, builders around the world take significant time making and shifting stands which enable them to build on heights, what If we made them simple adjustable robotic stands that adjust and move accordingly without much time wasted. This could reduce about 50% time. Yet this mainly requires angle bars, microcontrollers, and mainly a few servo motors most of which are already produced in indonesia

I know how you could actually make a huge amount of money, but it would take some time because of not wanting to harm people and regulatory commissions like the FDA. A skin care mirror and robot that helps track everything on your body and clean and unseal the pores in your skin. We are being exposed to huge amounts of toxins, and I found out my skin was completely sealed up. It would also be able to detect skin cancer. Think how much money people pay for skin care products and then you will get an idea of how much money you could make.

I'm not really getting the idea of the d.ASH Pack. Well, the benefit of that was quoted to be reducing the time for deployment from 1 hour to 10 minutes. That's cool. But that probably just means that someone only has to put on the backpacker and set out to mapping, instead of setting up a robot that can be remotely controled to move around. Between sitting in aircon to remote controlling robots, and getting out there to walk around your own. I think many would still surely prefer to have the former. Tedious? Slow? Really? How? Maybe that's the real technical problem to address. (Ok, the part about sitting in aircon is an assumption. If the human actually has to be near the robot while controlling it, than that's a whole other story.)
@linkedin-allancentuple100x2 ай бұрын
And the idea definitely isn't new either. Google Street View has been doing it way back before, this just swapped out the 360 camera with a LIDAR. From 12 years ago: kzbin.info/www/bejne/b5LIZoCwhbB0h5Y

In s'pore, everyone is given equal opportunities. Those who work hard can earn enough to lead comfortable lives. Those that don't take work seriously and end up with low wages have only themselves to blame. Nobody owes them a living.😂
