In real life vineyards have decorative flowering plants at the ends of of the rows. It attracts bees and results in a higher harvest. Some vineyards even keep their own bees for this reason as well.

Some vineyards also plant roses which react to certain diseases faster than the grapevines, giving you an early warning system

Also, roses attract pest insects such as aphids stronger than grapes do, due to being 'sweeter'

In South Burgundy and around Lyon, we also plant some peach trees in addition of roses. The harvest happens at the same time as the grapes and peaches also protect the vineyard against some moldy disease that I don't know how to translate ^^'. In those region, vineyards have some grassy perimeters around them to limit erosion and limit the impact of some treatments. Peach tree are planted in those grassy areas.

I don’t really like it, as soon as I heard him say it I was like “ugh, really?”… I don’t at all mind people doing stuff to grow make their channel grow, but Fhwip already has an entire segment of these episodes dedicated to asking for subs, and now he’s using a creative strategy Mogswamp came up with that worked really well for him

I find this way a lot healthier than the people who lie about percentage of people who are actually subbed to guilt people into subscribing, this is no harm done for anyone and a really good idea from Mog!

Pro tip: Place a block under the spawner and place torches all the way around. When you are ready to turn the spawner on, just break the block.

I'm in love with this series. I love seeing how your world evolves from video to video. All those houses, roads, terrain, custom trees and forests, it's pretty much everything I want to do in my world. Everything connected, like an actual city and village. Hey Fwhip, quick suggestion since you have so many beacons, why not build lots of beacons where you normally mine/gather a lot, i.e., ground pit, tree farm, the quarry and the mines

@@fWhip You could just put a block on top of the beacon when you're not using it so that you don't have to deal with the beams. If you really wanna get fancy, you can even make a tower in some of the locations where the beacons are placed that uses pistons to enable/disable beacons (although I imagine you already have enough building projects as is lol)

I use Bambo for my super smelter and run my farms into it for each item, Meats from my animal farms, kelp, and a part for ores and mineral blocks.

Foxes have a 20% chance of spawning with an item, but of that 20%, only 5% spawn with an emerald! Which, if my math is correct, makes that a 1% spawn rate!
