Aww, I feel like this is like a neighborhood for a romcom show. The moody, but smart, successful, and attractive, late 20s male lives in the brownstone home. The Japanese home has a mid 20's young woman who is trying to figure out life while raising her teenaged sister; the older sister has a slow burn enemies-to-friends-to-lovers storyline with the late 20s professional male. The family home has that mid-30's single father, with a tomboy-ish girl and a toddler, and he's doing a decent job, but he works a lot and has the teenaged girl babysit; he can't help but care for her like a father figure, giving advice when needed, especially when she is mad at her older sister.

Regarding chess tables in parks- I used to live near a place exactly like that, with chess tables in the park. They even held tournaments there, and sometimes played with the huge pieces it takes a adult to move around 😆

I currently live in Massachusetts (moved here at the beginning of the year) and the brownstone townhouses are absolutely EVERYWHERE and i adore them with all my heart!! they're so beautiful and i love driving around and passing by all the gorgeous homes! These are adorable! Yeah chess tables outdoors is such a Sims thing. There’s a University in my city that has some concrete tables with chess boards painted on top. But none of our parks have them afaik.

I’m not sure when this pack is gonna finally come out but if it’s before Christmas you should make a Year Without a Santa Claus inspired townhome community. Like 3 town homes again, one based on the North Pole, one for snow miser, and one for heat miser. I think it would look so cute in the sims!

The chess tables in public spaces are actually a thing in Poland :) we have parks with chess, table tennis, mini basketball fields and outdoor gyms :)

Where I live the parks have those picnic tables with the chess board printed on them. You just have to bring your set and thats it. We also have exercise machineria for the elders but can be used by anyone.
