May you tell us everything that you need to be able to run a layout

Just to get a train running, all you need is a locomotive, some track, and a power supply. I usually recommend buying a train set and adding onto it bit by bit.

@@jnnmlchr91 I highly agree with Michael. This is what I do for my layout and it works.

umm i'm here cause I don't know what to do the wires broke on my dcc Bachmann steam train I saw the video on how to make them not break but mine were already broken so i came to your newest video

You can order a replacement wiring harness from the Bachmann parts department. It will take some soldering, but I think that's the easiest way to fix it.

*No Creedence* Me- NOOOOOO! (Anyway, Nice job. I recognize that helicopter form M*A*S*H

Thanks! I would have loved to play Creedence (it's kind of a necessity in any Huey-related video), but I'd rather not get a copyright strike. Funny story about M*A*S*H, actually. The Huey's appearance in that show was an anachronism. M*A*S*H is set in 1950-53, and the main helicopters used on the show were Bell H-13s, recognizable by their bubble-style glass canopies. However, a Huey did appear as a model hanging in Henry Blake's office, despite the fact that it would not have existed at that time. The first prototype was built in 1956 and they didn't enter military service until 1959. This was far from the only subtle anachronism in M*A*S*H, but it's one I've always found rather entertaining.
