I think eve online had an app like this for crafting and the market. also the fps they made was originally intended to influence the eve online universe. For some reason they didn't make the fps computer based.
@gray_deon Жыл бұрын
@@vagabondwastrel2361 duuude, Dust 514 the FPS that interacted with EVE online was the best FPS i have ever played hands down. It was so fucking sick being in a huge corporation waging war against another huge corporation with drone strikes hitting the enemy directly from allies in the corp in EVE online, was so fucking cool. There were always rumors about a new version that was on pc, but nothing ever came. i've been waiting for any FPS to do something like that forever
@vagabondwastrel2361 Жыл бұрын
@@gray_deon Think about it like this. You have the regular lobbies for Dusk then you have lobbies created by players in eve who want to influence the map. The lobby lasts for 24 hours and each side of the eve conflict can drop in boosts to the fps players. From ships, stims, health, lives, etc. Winning side gets a portion of the cost it takes to start the war in eve online to spend like a tarkov entry screen where you can take gear into a drop or go naked. But with the eve integration/currency you can buy your gear/drops.

@@dries-pederjanse6249 I don't know if it's possible, but you might be able to set it up similar to the doors to his turret defense doors. You'd still have to click something on your phone, but you can do that while dead and being raided
@Jonathan32177 Жыл бұрын
only downside is you would have a pipe line directing raiders to the other base. But ideally it would be a better system then trying to despawn items if your bunker was being online hit.
@KCM25NJL Жыл бұрын
I can think of a few good ways of doing this. Have a few incognito case hardened storage bases where you pipe everything that's autocrafted in your main, and when you require any of it, you can recall it from storage. This way if your main ever goes down, the raiders get nothing and all you lose really is a few walls.
@MrMaKeMeDiNnEr10 ай бұрын
Its possible, you can use motion detectors to start transferring as soon as they get activated. But then again i dont think its enough time to transfer all your loot before getting raided. But atleast you can save a box of gunpowder or explossives@@dries-pederjanse6249

I think a lot of people are growing up and starting to understand that your success in a game isn't something that's going to help you in your life, and to remember that it's just a game. Easy come easy go. It's all temporary and it's supposed to be fun and if you aren't having fun then there's something you need to work on. I think broadly the players are maturing. It's good to see.

From other videos, I know that you don't need to place a pipe connector after every pipe on a TC but simply put on the floor, the only thing you will need the TC for is every 3-5 pipes to add another pump. But I also don't know if players can destroy pipes or the ends of a pipe.

Ive never watched your videos before, so this is the first. Was good, and I definitely liked it. This sort of thing is exactly what I was envisioning from the new industrial update. It lets people willing to put in the time do some wild things with pipes, conveyors, and the like. Reminds me a bit of Space Engineers, but much more rudimentary compared to the automation of the cargo network... Which is reasonable. It's Rust, after all. But it can really make for some cool automation with a little tweaking. A bit like the plant genetics system in that regard. But anyway, great stuff. I'll definitely be subbing for more.
