I BUILT a FUNCTIONAL Animal Rescue! - The Sims 4 Speed Build

A speed build of me building this cute and whimsical inspired animal rescue with a cute residential home/office.
It's Mainly for Cats and dogs! but you can expand however you like on this 64 x 64 LOT in Chestnut Ridge. This lot has the cats and dogs domain LOT traits so be aware of all the strays. Rescue as many strays as you can, Teach them the best behaviors and find them loving homes!!

You can download on the gallery at Pikoalasims! *You need to check off "Include custom content" I went back in the build and there may of been 1-2 items of CC in the home. I switched them out. Aw, this is so cute! And what a great idea. I usually set it up so stray cats and dogs show up at the lighthouse in my game,and I just send my sims there whenever I want them to find a new pet. I always wind up feeling so sad watching the stray animals wandering around sad and alone in the woods. This would be so much less heart wrenching!

This is such a fun idea and build. I have a sim who breeds dogs and I usually use the club system to make groups of people who are wanting one. I don't like selling them as puppies so she trains them until they grow up then start a club gathering to see which sims like which dog then I use the manage households to transfer the dog to their new home and transfer money from their funds to hers. It works really well. I've never thought about having an animal rescue but re-homing could work the same way. Thank you so much for sharing! @@Katielpxo So its definitely a glitch. I tried everything to reupload on the gallery but it STILL says its modded 😭. I think the only way other console players can download is if I try to copy, paste, rebuild and furnish and then upload it again
