Billy is actually called a Rig, rigs has special streching so it can strech like rubber. The body parts are seperated so thats why the torso doesn’t get pulled in when you are pulling on the head. Edit: Roblox are like legos. Bundles are seperate parts but you can buy every body part, like billy, you can use a different torso. IF you could only use the bundle and not anything else with that model, the “Rig” would get pulled in.

Correction! Billy is not created by roblox themselves , it released when roblox made the UGC custom body/character/rthro update. The billy you have here in this video is also not the original. The original was content deleted from the site because it was way too skinny, which the minimum was 1 stud wide but Billy was made smaller then that. The one you have in the video is the brand new Billy made by mPhase. Hope this helps!

Jessetc: Im sure it dosent really hurt. Billy: Every flesh and bone stretching beyond the limits his organs extended to its maximum making extreme pain you couldn't imagine The bones crushing and extending unjointing to make a longer arm. Same goes for the leg Edit: The neck extending cracking the spine and unjointing the spine to become longer. His neck shows muscle and tissue is stretched that you can very well see bone underneath. This may not show on roblox But sure as well shows billys pain Billy just smiles while on the inside hes enduring excruciating pain. Billy cant do anything because roblox doesn't allow him to take any type of damage. All he feels is a overwhelming type of pain. Edit: His shoulder joints snapping and combining with his body. His body hurts wayy more through this.
