I Built A GIANT BOAT HOUSE In Minecraft! (Squid Island)

We are back on the Squid Island server all alone, and ‪@Jelly‬ didn't give me any crazy tasks this episode, so I thought it was finally time to upgrade my house, and make it more like.. me? Not that ‪@slogo‬ did a bad job on the other one, but it was literally blown to pieces by him!

Hey crainer, for the ship you should use spruce trapdoors along the oak wood. It looks better than planks. Also you should make it so that you slowly put your boat on water by digging out the area below it and filling it with water

Crainer I love your idea of making a boathouse but you can add 1 or 2 room at the back with wood planks as flooring and you need to make 2 to 3 sails on you boat for aesthetics

1. You could add laterns on fences. 2. You can use barrels to store your loot. 3. You can mine quartz in the nether for easy xp, get level 30 and for 3 levels you can get the best enchantments on your tools you'll go from having eff 1-2 and maybe unbreaking 1-2 to having eff 3-4 and unbreaking 3 and other enchants like fortune or silk touch. 4. Also get anton away from the egde so they cant steal him without traspassing. 5. finally you can put a barrel in the ground and put a carpet above it so you can hide your diamonds in it. 6. Maybe add trappdoors around for decoration 7.Btw you forgot the thing you ve always been doing which is add a sign thats says like "THE BEST BOAT OF SQUID ISLAND" 8. Everyone subscribe to crainer he deserves 8m. 9. Lastly connect the ground beneath your boat to the sea so it floats and maybe add an anchor (idk if i spelled correctly). (Like so crainer sees this) just leave 1 block connected to your boat so it is connected to the island technically.

A small idea could be that, like seen in your thumbnail, you could add one one side some sort of cabin for yourself as the pirate of Squid Island. This could be where the wheel on top is placed to 'steer' the ship. Also, adding maybe some sort of water moat or connection to the rest of the water could be cool.

Crainer, I think this is one of the best builds on any series. It looks incredibly cool. Maybe you can connect the water from the seas outside the island into your build so it looks like its on the water. Also on the flag, you should make it 2 by 3 and then one block off of that, 2x3 again. You can change the dimensions but it will look like it is waving in the wind.

wood from the nether doesn't burn it also comes in two pretty colours also stone was often used as ballast so having stone in the bottom of the ship is technically correct EDIT also signs are not considered entities unlike item frames and you can fit much more information on signs so you are probably better off using signs not item frames and as someone else suggested barrels are good too they can be placed in between chests and dont need slabs on top to open and you definitely need a captains cabin the cabin can also hide the entrance to the hold using a trapdoor and carpet like in an igloo also slabs are blast resistant so perhaps you may want to use more in your buildings

YOOO crainer! It's just a suggestion, but I think you should strip the the the oak logs on the ship , you can do that by right clicking it with an axe. And if you have access to spruce wood , you should replace the oak with stripped spruce logs.
