Hay Archie .... you could build a paranormal business on a 20x20... sims come and higher you and your clairvoyance team to solve there ghost/haunting problems and more. I know you could do a killer build. even with out the new pack coming out.

Yes please the smaller size lots make it easier to afford to buy for example all retail shops and clinics for vets or doctors etc then our Sims can take these on to earn money while still playing with the Sim instead of disappearing when going to normal jobs hope this makes sense. Your builds are fantastic and would make my game much more enjoyable

Absolutely brilliant! I was looking for a place with a bank/investing vibe and you build exactly that! I bet Sims can use this llot by buying it as a retail store to store their simoleons in to lighten the high bills they would otherwise have.

A bit smaller yes, it can be handy and cute, for e.a. I made a one floor toddler house cause you can raise them easier, they are easily tired etc, potty you know 🙄 lol so I made a cute small toddler home, a starter family. I advice people on my online posts to move once the kids get bigger. Sometimes smaller builds are very relaxing to play. I build more than I play. Toddler learn better when not get too tired and can easily move around. A sim mother father must raise them in saying sorry, being thankful than when they get bigger kids they do stuff better, also give the kids a diary so they can express emotions. Keeps the kids easy going..that's a advice lol..I love this bank build tho RGR! 💪👑😁 💰 🛎🪙💰

There’s not that many huge lots that we can use in the game and it’s always heartbreaking to have to erase an awesome build because you have nowhere else to place the new shiny one.

Or do what I do make ur sim. Place them on a cheap lot. Then move them into a rich household them move money from other rich households. Then you will have your money no cheats.(celebs are rich and the sages from realm of magic are to)

This build can really put the vaults to the test! And I was kind of meh towards the pack too, it doesn't really have much atmosphere, some items were pretty cool but others looks like they originally belonged in Vampires or Realm of Magic. But... With Paralives... There's been talk about calling the supernatural parafolk "paranormals", so it feels like they (EA) desperately want to be the first to do so..! Kind of like Disney tries reminding people of Elsa if another girl with ice powers shows up...
