Compys had a venom that acted like a sedative in their bite, a simple case of enzymes in their saliva that acted much like tryptophan does to humans who consume turkey.. no extravagant delivery system as is the case with alot of today's species of venomous snakes but effective nonetheless. The only difference in the tryptophan reference is that in this case, the compys are the hoomans and the guests in the park are the turkeys. 😋🦃😂
