this build turned out absolutely incredible (simsie slay) but I find it funny because conceptually it has a very evil vibe to it: like, a giant modern farmhouse in the middle of the desert, with tons of astroturf and a swimming pool and piranha pond using immense amounts of water. this is not meant as a callout post for blue belle (all love for them) but I can imagine this house irl and the $100k pickup parked outside with a spotless truck bed, never hauled so much as a plank of wood

This house is so nice. It looks like it was designed by a proper architect. The outside is just done so nicely. It seems like something an architect would of spend ages on perfecting every last detail but Kayla just whipped up quickly in the sims. This house really does look like a real house you would find in a nice neighbourhood. It does sort of have a bit of a McMansion vibe but it’s the nicest McMansion I’ve seen.

This house exterior is very much the vibes in my little neighborhood. The modern farmhouse look is big here. Ours is a brownish gray brick, but our favorites around us are the white ones with the black metal roofs/shingles. Gorgeous.

In fact, I am surprised you didn't include a greenhouse, so she can grow the flowers all year long. With seasons, it makes it hard to grow flowers that are not in season. She is going to need that.

Some of the flowers like orchids, lilies, and roses are very profitable if you sell them. You can have her make the arrangements and then sell the leftover flowers.

florist also sell flowers individually and just a bundle of the same type, so a goal could be you can only see the individually when they get to a certian quality and for every x amount of the arrangements you could sell them straight from the plant

my gf and I are the exact opposite when it comes to house size, we made ourselves in the Sims and planned to have seven kids when everything was said and done, so we went with a house that was actually intended on being a sorority mansion, I believe, because that was the title. like, we had a large bedroom for all of the kids, an eat in kitchen, an enormous dining room, an entryway, a pet room, a large living room, a spa room, a home gym... it was a little ridiculous and we mostly just chose it for the fun. bright side- our toddlers maxed the movement skill after ~2 days!
