They won't! There is a thing, called Lego Ideas. You can add your own set, and if it gets 10K likes, Lego will create that set. And there was a WTC set as well, and got more than 10K likes, and they didn't want to make that, because of 9/11.

It’s weird though, octan can’t melt plastic beams… for that matter Lego city building 7 was never hit by an airline 10159 yet was perfectly disassembled and put back in the box without any pieces falling onto the nearby sets AND without anybody locating the decals that were inside. Like it was a controlled disassembly by a builder. Do you guys really think it was holding decals of the mayors unlawful collusion with his “opponents” in the Lego city council to unlawfully siege the bricksters compound? 🤔
