hi anna, you have helped me alot since i started watching your channel, you helped me get my chin stand, back bend, front walkover, back walkover, and more. i know you already have a video on how to do a side aerial, but could you please do a tutorial on a front aerial (a diving front walkover with no hands)? i have looked up how to do it, but all the tutorials i’ve seen are not helpful. i have a feeling that your tutorial will be very helpful.😊 if you see this comment, please respond. thank you!🙏❤

heyy I wanted to ask you is learning walkovers rlly very hard I got into gymnastics after quitting many years ago and I was never rlly good at it either, Im always scared something is going to happen so I can’t try many skills and wanted to as If walkovers will help me get over my fears and If I could actually succeed!!

@@melxiess omg hiiii, i did not think anyone would see my comment, but learning a front walkover can be challenging if you’re not very flexible. you also have to be comfortable with these certain skills: handstand with legs in as far of a split as you want (you do not need to hold it for more than 1 second in the front walkover), after the handstand you go forward into a back bend with one foot in front of the other ( if your a lefty, your left foot is in front of your right foot, if your a righty, your right foot is in front of your left foot), and from the back bend, you stand up. i personally found this skill a little bit harder than the handstand and back bend because it requires core strength (stomach muscles and abs). it was a little challenging for me to build enough core strength to stand up from a back bend. but if you are determined to get your front walkover, you are going to have to stretch and workout your core or your abs consistently. i will be pasting a link to anna’s front walkover tutorial, a full body stretch challenge, 2 week abs challenge, and her handstand tips. i hope this helps you! stay determined! 😁 front walkover link: kzbin.info/www/bejne/kIi4f4qIm7FpeZofeature=shared stretch playlist link: kzbin.info/aero/PL5XSlMXaQvU1qmpViSgo_jOWtetQ4gXfC&feature=shared abs workout link: kzbin.info/aero/PL5XSlMXaQvU1WdRNhOBp4KvMCkHTe2CWL&feature=shared handstand link: kzbin.info/www/bejne/hnfUfJWnh6yIr7sfeature=shared
