@lucienandflorian that's awesome! First you'd have to connect your domain to an email provider. Most popular are Microsoft, Google, Godaddy Outlook emails, but you can use any other IMAP/SMTP emails. Once you create all DNS records, you can create users on that domain in your Email Provider admin console. @seank2793 It is highly recommended to have 3 domains per email workspace. IMAP host is used to sync with your inbox. You can enable it by opening your Gmail, going to "All Settings", then "Forwarding and POP/IMAP" and in the IMAP access section just click on a checkbox to enable IMAP, and save changes.

How have you gotten around Google's cap on business accounts per phone number for verification? Are you separately buying a bunch of different phone numbers?

If you are connecting accounts via oAuth, you can disable 2-Factor verification, so you won't be needing to add phone numbers and create app passwords for every email account.

Also, you don't want your prospects to do all the work, it's easier for them if you offer some time slots and send them an invite instead. Less action required from the prospect. Some users do send the Calendly link too, so it is best to test what works for your niche and offer.
