Here's my idea as to why it's 23. He named the airport district 23 quite early in the series, but later went "oh, crap, that's way to many! What am I going to fill the other districts with? Well I'm definitely not going to make more!"

If I remember correctly, someone mentioned loosely, that district 23’s name logic is numerically 2+3 equals 5. Then with district 10 where it’s ghetto and “lives get cut in half” by being poor or experimented on, 10/2=5. The parallel was the airport added to the population for the city but ghetto slashed/reduced population to academy city. Both are important for the sake of research on topic #5. 🎉😮😊

The architectural layout of such a city 🏙️ is marvelous in itself. Such as in how this is what they should be teaching kids to do. Along with your video importantly. Each district of Academy City is involved in the science and research of one field of study about humans. 🧬

CS1 has the scale of their building roughly 1.6x the size of the building irl with consistent scale match a human. Thet's why the game seems a bit cartoonish stock. If it is a scale is properly match to irl 1:1 like in CS2, it would be truly epic.

I would love to, but I feel like I need a Cities Skylines expert to help me even try. The city runs on thousands (yes 4 digits) of addons, and if just one of them breaks, chunks of the city can end up missing. I try loading into it now and there's missing parking garages for example. I have no idea how I'd go about sharing it in a way that people can access 😅 But if any experts think they can help me, I'm all ears.
