I have some advice: Try making a beacon when doing big builds like this o get haste so it is WAY easier to get resources. Love your ideas though!!!

Tip(not really) for the explosion on the top of the Volcano, I think it would be better of you expand the pyramid thing bit wider. It will cause the lava to look more naturally popping up.

Hey cookie! I got an idea, inside the volcano, put some campfires covering the entire inner area of that opening hole of the volcano, and a tonna fence gates/signs on top of those campfires so that the lava doesnt flow on the campfires. This would let there be a smoking effect which would add a finishing touch to that volcano.

It's good that you add leaves, Plants grow more in non-active volcanoes because they deliver a large amount of nutrients carried by the lava on the earth's mantle. Plus it looks better!
