Here's 2 suggestions / Instead of making the track straight you should make it like swirly to give the vibe that the building is old / You should also add holes to the roof and inside make it any building.

A trick you can use is if you use a bunch of mannequins wearing cloths that look like what your building so that you don't have to place 100 primitives and it heavily helps with the item limit Also do the pool rooms next
