You can craft Granite, just need Diorite and Quartz (item). Enjoyed the video. Edit: Diorite and Andesite can also be crafted, both need Cobblestone - Andesite needs Diorite, and Diorite needs Quartz (item). And all three are the unpolished versions.

imagine Wildez learning that steaks and cooked porkchops are better as a foodsource than golden carrots, require no crafting, and if he chooses the cooked porkchop option, a hoglin farm can produce them by the truckload.

Golden carrots have higher saturation. It is the best food source in Minecraft and that comes from the Minecraft Wiki.

@@ncjsgrki the saturation is, yes. But it provides less food points. It means that you'd start to get hungry less often, but it also restore less of your food bar (food level 6 instead of steak/cooked porkchops food level 8) And your actual saturation can't ever go higher than your food level. So golden carrots are literally only better, if you keep starting munching them the moment your food bar isn't full. If you need it to restore said food bar, steaks and cooked porkchop are better, and considering their saturation level, also more than enough to max out your saturation, as saturation can't go over the characters actual food level, and they restore 12.8, which is still higher than the food level they provide. Golden carrots saturation/food point level is what higher, not their fully restored staturation amount. Meaning you can eat more of it more often, which could help with healing in a non-hardcore world, but that's about it. Also, go back to minecraft wiki, and check that nice table that has every food listed. It can be ordered by clicking on specific attributes at the top. Do be a dear, and read out the top 5 in order after ordering it by the "quality" attribute. It should include the saturation type suspicious stew at the top, followed by rabbit stew. As these 2 are not stackable, we might as well ignore them, unless you keep a villager selling them with you at all times. The 3rd and 4th options should be cooked porkchop, and steak, with identical numbers, and golden carrots are 5th. They are pretty close though. Heck, golden carrots are probably better in situations where your hp dluctuation is high, while steaks and cooked porkchops are generally better in calm situations where you don't have to use them ro heal, just to keep your hunger level up.

you can't explode bottom slabs in bulk, the way minecraft is coded makes the tnt only explode the slab it's placed on

Pure pain as I watched bro struggle to understand why the TNT was not chain reacting. You had it placed on top of bottom half slabs creating a half block air gap between the slab and the TNT so when it exploded the blast radius didn't expand as TNT range/damage is calculated from the bottom. Also smooth stone slabs have a higher blast resistance than stone/cobblestone slabs would have.
