The key to beating Wefart is 2 things: 1: be able to release the fart the 2 rotations 2: be able to do big dmg without relaying on burst to crap in when it pops out. But tbh, since i used raiden i really didnt know that.

Been genuinely confused for a bit, maybe someone can help. My Ayaka is built pretty well. currently 92/194 Crit ratio, 90R5 black sword (hoping to Mistsplitter in the next banner), 8/7/10 talents, but the numbers a lot of people seem to be getting with her are dramatically higher than mine. I feel like i generally average about 12-16k per hit of ayakas Ult even on a freeze team which i generally play her on. I don't have shenhue, but i usually play her with xingqiu, yelan or ayato (or some combo) and a VV shred character or someone like benny. Not sure what to do to hit the alleged 100k hits on Ayakas ult and stuff that everyone else seems to get.

100k is pretty ludicrous for an average player without potions or food or some kind of domain buff. Remember, Xlice's ayaka is c6 r5. my old ayaka build on a 4star weapon did about 18-20k per tick with a decent rotation. your hydro support might also be the issue with your ayaka's personal damage. Most people use mona or kokomi who can buff your DPS in some way (thrilling tales, mona's burst, tenacity artifact set), but that's not to say your picks are bad supports for your team, because all of those characters do lots of damage on their own. you're essentially sacrificing your ayaka's damage for your sub DPS' damage. Shenhe makes quite difference, so does a character like Kazuha or a character wearing noblesse. Your base attack as well as the weapon's passive is also something to consider. Could also be that if you're using benny, you might be accidently swirling the wrong elements? not 100% sure on that. My Ayaka current with mistsplitter + mona + kazuha + diona with noblesse hits somewhere around 35k or more depending on the situation. She's c0 r1. I would say your numbers are pretty normal, especially with a hydro support that's more of a sub DPS than a damage buffer. Up to you if you want to switch your teammates around to increase ayaka's own damage. I think if you're clearing the floors just fine, don't worry about big numbers like that. even a 10k tick that hits 20 times is 200k total damage. 100k per tick on average is for people that are okay paying for it. Don't sweat. Good luck on the mistsplitter banner!

I plan on pulling for shenhe so if I get her I'll try that as well. Otherwise it's nice to know I'm not insane. What is the artifact you are using? Maybe switch to 4pc blizzard and try increasing crit dmg by dropping CR to ~40. That should definitely help in dealing more dmg.

@@vinyasperla been using 4pc Blizzard. if i get mistsplitter i think that could fix my crit issue. i'd still have about a 70% CR but have over 200% CD. lots of optimization to do but i think overall she gets it done and has been one of my more reliable characters since i got her.
