Only add enough balloons to take some of its weight, but not enough so it flies. Then use thrusters for lift, and put them on the same channel as the forward thrusters, so you still have two channels for steering. The balloons let it land gently. You just need a bit of clear space in front of you when you take off, but not that much. If you get the balance right and have the thrusters in the right places, and the right number of thrusters for lift and propulsion, you can climb pretty damn steep. Or you could have independent thrusters for lift, and split the forward thrusters to the left and right sides, but it's harder to land then, cus you can't turn as well. But you could always build runways for all your villages. And you can land on the sea, too.

You can land it easily I added like 6 small balloons and slowly break the big ones first break the one ballot where you have the two large then wait till it gets lower, and destroy another one, and repeat same process until you land.. don't break small balloons I think they make it more clear to land.

There is a better way. You use thrusters on the bottom of aircraft to lift up off the ground, and i split thrusters that propel you forward between two channels(left and right). Once you add just enough balloons to keep you level but not off the ground, you can fly a plane completely functional. You can take off the ground, turn left and right, and land back on the ground, where you can still drive if you wanted too.

Sweet new aircraft! I suggest try to move your steering thrusters out on the wings so they look good and just line up with the thrusters you already placed on the wings. They will work just as effectively for turning. Looking forward to your next build!

Alittle tip I don’t know if you know the pickaxe has the strongest buildable damage and it is the most accurate of mining tools meaning if you sim you won’t hit anything else

bru I am making my own now, and its starting to go well! balancing is a tad strange, and there 100% should be a 4th channel. there also needs to be higher end charms, and epics of every biome type. this kinda all feels unfinished compared to like Minecraft ftb, or satisfactory. but we can fly in this one!
