It is only upon finally getting round to backwatching these videos that I realise it is YOU who is to blame for a very feral week I had last year. One of my friends thought it would be fun to recreate the beacon rainbow and roped the rest of the server into helping and, as the person with the most free time, I was the one who ended up getting the majority of the skulls for the beacons. Except I really hate making farms so I just did some minor flattening of the fortress I was using and then spent several days killing 4500ish skeletons and ended up getting the skulls for I believe around 70-80 of the 95 beacons we used. Despite not bothering with milk (or gapples iirc) I only got killed by the damn things like ten times but my god it was an Experience and I would not recommend it.

My preferred method of breaking a Pillager Crossbow is sitting in a boat with them. Due to the boat's mechanics, When you and a passenger are sitting together in one boat, you cannot harm one another. This goes for all damage, including projectiles. So I would literally just sit there in a boat for half an hour, practically taunting him, by being right in plain sight, with my head turned away, but all his arrows would just drop downward. Of course, I never actually use Pillagers as iron farmers, I just have them as figurative guardsmen for gates to big cities.
