Make thumbnails that are quick and easy to understand. Usually things thst capture people's attention is: Big and short text (ex. ME, BEST METHOD, SCARY, etc.), red arrows and overall make it so that you know what the video is in around 1-5 seconds 3. Make sure your videos are fun to watch for YOU. If you feel like opening another tab, clicking off, or just doing something else while watching your video, fix that.
