you can store things in the drawers, it just needs to be your cell. I reccomend becoming prisoner, see in what cell are you, then change teams and store the items you need there

You can tow a towtruck that tows a towtruck and so on and then you have a funny snake (but it can be that every towtruck needs a Driver for that)

Your first myth is not busted, as it is true. Let me explain, so in order to put items in a prison cell in Jailbreak, you first have to become a prisoner. Then, you locate where your cell is and then become a cop and put the items in your cell.
