In my opinion the second binder was the better of the collections. The Secret rare Dusknoir was a huge blast from the past in my eyes. The same applies to that Scramble Switch. Though I have to admit the shiny Machamp in binder 3 was a surprise and the Rayquaza C also brought back some fond memories from childhood.

The second binder was definitely the best in my opinion. Back when I first really seriously was able to start collecting, I started by accumulating collections, usually from eBay. Sometimes they came in truly horrendous shape… I’m talking had to wipe down the sleeves because they were coated in unidentifiable substances, but there were also some amazing surprises… Like a shiny neo charizard that I had no idea was gonna be included, shadowless cards, and error cards

Hey DPM, awesome video, love your content! Just wanted to point out a few things you may have missed: - some of these e series cards were from the aquapolis and skyridge sets, which are notoriously rare (where even the C/UCs have some value). - The Arceus cards are not from HGSS, but from the Platinum Arceus expansion (which is in the DPP era!) - the butterfree early on in the 3rd binder was from the Southern Islands set - it was a special release of cards with artwork that all fits together and is fairly popular among collectors! Hope this helps and keep up the good work!

The cool thing about Mercari is that if it isn’t in the condition that you were promised (cards missing, damaged, etc.) you can contest it and they will send your money back in full. Great avenue for this series!

Its great fun! And its great to see the age in Pokemon fun isn't just in the 6+ age range! Yes we see 20 to 30yr olds all the time. But how many Pats age is hammering these cards each week!? Awesome!! And yes pretty much all the older youtubers started for the money I imagine. Hence they all have every booster box just chilling on a shelf waiting. But you can tell some of them like Pat are growing to actually love it!

The third binder has the greatest potential to receive value back from money spent. Enjoy your videos. The risk is high to receive a dud binder, but also could purchase a binder you could retire from too. Enjoy the suspense whether or not you're opening packs or a collectors binder to pull rare cards!

Just started watching and before seeing the actual collections. I hope you get the most out of the most expensive, because that means that you will have lost the least amount in these random collections. Time to get watching! Edited with thoughts: 1. $200 binder looks like something that PokeRev ordered off of ebay recently as well. Serious Bad Binder Behavior. 2. $600 binder has nice cards, but once again with seriously Bad Binder Behavior. It just hurts to see you open up the binder and see the cards falling out, nothing in sleeves... 3. Quote of the day, when deciding between Arceus-es or Arceus-i, the quick pun with "probably not Ar-CSI..." 4. $800 to the same seller when you see a Unlimited Charizard front and center. Guess that was tempting enough. But of course it's been through a wood-reshaping with heat and water treatments, just that you couldn't see in the image originally. How not surprising. 5. Another Quote of the day, "The condition is not... Don't look at the bottom left." 6. Water-logged Charizard? I am going with a delta species Charizard here... 7. Why all of the empty binder pages? So sad... 8. Final thoughts, I think you overpaid for these collections, each had some nice cards, and fortunately the more expensive collections weren't entirely duds.

sad thing is for the third binder you can see based of the picture that the holo charizard was in rough condition and had water damage. it takes attention to detail and know what to look for to even notice things like that just from a picture.

Hey Pat. Been collecting with my son (8 years old) for just over 3 years now. Our collection is okay. Anyways, we got our first Charzard last night. Non holo from Vivid Voltage. How much do you think it would cost to send it in to be graded? He doesn’t have any slabs so I thought this card might be worth it. Just don’t want to spend too much. And almost at 200k subs! Grading cost depends on what company you choose to use and what tier level. The cheaper route would be cgc economy level which is around 25 dollars per card with a 25 day turn around time
