Now u can raise the floor and put drainage system in to prevent your usual flooding ,u can reduce the level if u divert the water elsewhere ,,,build a big fish pond ,,fish will eat mosquitoes plus u can breed snails 🐌 Aqua culture,,, your yard has so much potential!

Your fence and gate are looking good, but it's better to put red oxide paint on before the finished colour because if any water gets under the black paint it will start rusting underneath.
