I just recently unsubbed from poocorned planet. I like Andy, he just hollers too much. Maybe that's just his tone of voice, but it sounds like he's yelling , and some days, I just can't listen, even my little dog gets nervous. He's good though, I'm just one that is out on my own now, after over a 20 year toxic relationship, and if it sounds close to yelling, or angry ... I am out.😊🙃 LoL I really liked this video, and what the lady had to say. She's very knowledgeable and seems to know what she's talking about. ❤️🤗❤️ Have a blessed and beautiful rest of your week. ❣️🙏

I think the Times meta-data shows they got on-board the "winning horse's" smear campaign and didn't fact-check or get the other side of the story /competing narrative. They slandered this director, which doubled-down on BL's sick hazing project.

@@Lillian.Gao. I don't (and won't) watch The View. Many actors have stock stories, fillers about their personal lives that are only half-truths or simply false. I have no idea how toxic both Ernie (now deceased) and Elaine may have been or (Elaine) may be now. Have you ever seen either parent interviewed or articles devoted to them? I'm only saying I don't know what to believe if it's coming from Blake. I do know that Hollywood talent managers (i.e. Elaine) have to be assertive and often somewhat manipulative to survive. Regardless: Elaine is 77 and Blake is 37. They have both had plenty of time to take stock and self-reflect. One other thing: I'm not in the habit of blaming any parent for the way one of their adult children behaves.

Not surprised at all because remember these two put out statement which was an “apology” for having their wedding at a plantation….honestly even then I noticed how their tone was not heartfelt at all. Taylor is also no saint because now she is trying to distance herself so that people won’t find out what she was also doing behind the scenes. She seems to have been the reason for replacing the original composer of this movie.

This is the first time I have heard someone comment on what the dynamic was supposed to be like in the infamous slow dancing scene. I read the book prior to seeing the movie (unlike someone) and that was 1000% the dynamic in the relationship. Lily was VERY hesitant to fall in love with him and give into their chemistry. Ryle was very persistent in pursuing her and was pushing her to give in. That is what I saw playing out in that scene. She had to have been aware that she was supposed to be portraying discomfort and hesitation. It was a huge part of the story of their relationship. She was ACTING that out but then later claims it’s evidence of her personal discomfort? That’s seems unbelievably manipulative.

@ I agree but I highly doubt that element of their relationship was entirely removed from the direction of the movie. Having watched the movie it was very evident that it was part of the story line and was acted out. This scene was entirely acted out with body language. Which to me showed a confident man (ACTOR) pursuing and being very attracted to a woman (ACTOR) who wasn’t quite giving into it all yet. She was trying to keep him at arms length while also struggling with falling for him. I loved the movie when I saw it and thought she acted beautifully in it. It is fascinating to me to learn all of this backstory now. I would love to know what other people that read the book thought of this dance scene.

Lo and behold the Justin Baldoni was listed as a producer. I’m like we need people like him in this buisness that actually care about people and young minds. This solidified to me that Justin is one of those people really trying to do the right thing and people like that can at times get totally bullied and mistreated by people more successful with less integrity. We need more producers like Justin and I hope that in the long run this boosts his career he is making thoughtful well done content and I’m in full support.

I hoped Justin wasn't using his feminist as a veneer as I'd thought surely, she wouldn't be so vindictive as to claim a knowingly false SH allegation towards an innocent man? Clearly, I underestimated her. 😢 There was still some ambiguity over whether he was actually in the wrong. As soon as I saw his suit against his bullies Blake and Ryan, my mouth hit the floor. That ambiguity was expunged since then. This man was telling the truth, all along. I literally had to rant to my mum that I thought she was *evil* . I'm usually a person that minces my words, but I exclaimed it with my whole chest. This situation is absolutely _horrifying_ . The thing that makes it important is that in the NYT interview with themselves, they say that they found out after Blake made a complaint so the timeline proves that they were preparing the article before they found out. Who in their right mind, except a narcissistic, egotistical, neurotic, control freak, would create the character Nicepool that everyone can see represented Justin. I think a reasonable person would turn off the movie, Deadpool, get a bowl of popcorn, and watch the Ryan Reynolds, Blake Lively' reality show. The character, Nicepool, served no purpose to advance the plot of the movie, Deadpool. Then, the way Deadpool and the Ladypool, who was played by Blake Lively, teamed up to abuse and get Nicepool killed off in a very symbolic manner that had nothing to do with the movie itself. Can we say if Justin watched this scene play out, would it have been traumatizing to see how he was being attacked on several unnecessary and unwarranted levels?

The law clearly states that its whomever "initiated" the first campaign, not who "published" first.

Yes, and the information about the text of the article (from the same tiktokker who raised the issue of the metadata) is that it was in a file created October 31st -- LONG before Blake filed her claims against Justin Baldoni. This is very significant for both cases Baldoni is making.

@@monikadoeIt was actually me that found the metadata in the texts in the NYT. Melanie King very kindly covered it for me because I'm not a content creator You're absolutely right, the metadata is important because in her request for protective order, Lively accuses Baldoni of leaking CRD to NYT. This proves he didn't because in October, the CRD didn't exist and was far back enough that there was no room for doubt on that. Also, the dates in the images file names could be explained by Lively and NYT as typos, the metadata in the texts are the date of embedding. I love that you pulled in an expert! I think it’s important to be aware how mental health has become more apparent now that our society is talking and accepting of our childhood and genetic predispositions. Throwing around narcissist and toxic is all too easy. Having a disorder takes many hours of observation and paperwork. Personally , i believe we all carry narcissistic tendencies even for us ‘empaths’ and highly sensitive folk. It seems like Blake is simply a product of her environment. I love that y’all touched on entitlement because her reactions may be a projection of how deeply (or lack of depth) she is capable of feeling some of those deeper, darker emotions. She likely struggles internally like the rest of us. Unfortunately, her actions and lack of understanding a world outside of Hollywood and likely privilege, is backfiring. All of these conversations are important. I appreciate your perspective and have enjoyed listening to you and your guests.

I know that I am biased but tried hard to keep a critical mind and really do believe she is a Narcissist. The way she talks on and on while people next to hercare visably uncomfortable. The way she feels that she can belt out anything, blurting inappropriately and behave carelessly or recklessly, but expects others to be very very careful or she will punish them...is a pattern it seems. Punitive characteristics. Like, saying she was "fat shamed " yet openly mocking Baldoni about his nose. Its one set of rules for you, another for me. The threats that she made during production. I think it made many of us feel unseen except for Justin he truly was trying to make sure the message wasn’t getting lost and that meant so much to so many of us. Then when she tried to accuse him of something so bad but getting caught in manipulation and lies that really made me very angry. I know I have a strong sense of justice and that’s definitely another reason I’m so invested in this whole thing. If in the end he truly is innocent which I think he is justice needs to be served and with false allegations I personally think she should do time because she is trying to ruin his and his family’s lives.

Agreed, but I think we will be lucky to get the truth, and her being subject to ANY consequences whatsoever. It took literally millions of dollars and 6+ years for Johnny Depp to get his life back. I hope that JB can prevail.

What hasn’t been talked enough is intention. Why did BL tell JB about how she “never” got credited for her creative input in her previous movies/tv show? This is master manipulation 101. She knew enough abt him for her husband to mock JB’s being a nice guy. So I think, she knew what buttons to push, things to say to disarm JB in a way that he would not just let her in, but actively include her to participate in the movie making process. Throughout the process, I think she realized her power over him and grew increasingly emboldened. When she complained of a “hostile” working environment, that could be true - in her own mind. Which is that she didn’t get EVERYTHING her own way at the moment she demanded them. It was really uncomfortable listening to JB’s voicemail to BL. I know some commentators on KZbin described it as grovelling. But that’s based on them looking at it through their own lense. We have to be fair to JB and think abt the kind of person he is. Watching his previous projects, there’s no denying he is super invested in creating a supportive and nurturing environment. He has a pattern that can be easily seen. Maybe ppl don’t believe his level of niceness but that’s their issue, not JB’s. A lot of ppl are now blaming RR as the mastermind. But if BL knows how to manipulate JB, who is to say she didn’t manipulate her husband to go up in arms for her and get even with JB? As she described it RR is after all one of her dragons. And perhaps, all these other ppl doing her bidding are her dragons too now. Human relationship is never clear cut as we would like to think. Often they are so complicated and intertwined that it is hard for a regular person’s brain to cope. A person can be one way on their own but become somebody else when in the company of another person. RR could be the instigator but could also be the enabler. CH was tone deaf enough to have released a colouring book as part of a marketing tool for her book but cancelled that when faced with backlash. So imagine when CH met her “most favourite actress” BL. Suddenly, CH had someone powerful and influential to align with her vision for her book. This cld explain why CH was more than ok with BL letting loose her wardrobe choices on the character Lily. But at the forefront, we should all take into account that BL is an ACTOR complaining about her experience WHILE acting. She said it herself before, she’s no method actor and knows just to “act as herself in a given situation”. This is exactly what she did in this film. She acted as herself in as character and in a situation she clearly has none the emotional depth for and the experience to know how to handle - professionally. BL has the right to be whatever kind of person she wants to but professionally? Studio execs, directors and producers - take note.

I think during the making of the movie BL was trying to keep up TS. Seeing TS success with her Tour , constantly in the news with TK. RR also making Deadpool and I also believe ScarJo was a Director in a new movie that was produced by Wayfarer- Justin!

I said this in another comment, but I am going to repeat it here. I think people like the Candace Owens theory because it allows them to have their cake and eat it too. Justin gets to be the victim, but so does Blake. A man still has to play the part of the villain that way so it's more palatable.

@ Doesn’t that make it more bizarre that in her own mind SHE is the khaleesi and TS is her pet dragon 😅 At the end of her text, BL pretty much said to JB - if you do as I say and what I want, these dragons of mine will be at your service too.

@ I don’t really understand your comment so correct me if I got it wrong. CO has many theories that I don’t know which one you mean. To your remark, I don’t see how Justin is acting the victim by defending himself against other ppl’s serious accusations that undermine not just his personal but esp his professional credibility. I don’t think JB was blameless in the way he navigated thru his dealings with BL. But we don’t learn and become better unless we are tested. I hope JB has learned lessons in establishing better boundaries for himself personally and professionally. Being nice, like being good, can be a shallow thing to aspire to when there’s not enough integrity in the mix.

I really enjoyed and appreciated this interview with Dr. Amen Kaur. She brought a very balanced and nuanced perspective including having the humility and curiosity to recognize and acknowledge there's still so much we don't know - AND also, given what we do know and have seen so far, the evidence seems to support Justin Baldoni's side. I also appreciated how she consistently emphasized and reiterated that context matters which again seems to further support Justin Baldoni's side as the documentations that his team have provided help to recontextualize messages and claims that had been seemingly and intentionally stripped of their meaning and significance.

Only the manipulators, the manipulated (people focusing on how she may have been feeling rather than her lies that debunked her story), and those who don't care enough to look into the case can't see who the manipulator is. One person apologizes for things other people do (Justin, the empath) and the other won't apologize for anything she does and keeps looking for a fall guy (Blake, the narcissist). That voicemail was hard to listen to. As someone who has experience with narcissists, I cringed at that voice note he sent her. He was twisting himself into a pretzel to stroke her ego and get back on her good side. The sad thing is instead of seeing her texts for the pure manipulation they were, he felt bad for her and apologized on behalf of the other directors. Sounds to me that the other directors correctly identified her as a narcissist and handled her appropriately. I am not victim blaming, but he really did fall right into her hands. Hopefully, he deals with narcissists better in the future, because he made a lot of mistakes with her. Gray rock Narcissists as much as possible and never feed their supply. Never stroke their ego or they will turn you into a flying monkey via triangulation as she did with so many people in this case with her smear campaign.

I think everyone gives Blake lively to much credit! As if she’s smart or she must be insecure or she must be being abused by Ryan R. Truly I think she is just rude and entitled with a bad personality. There are people like that and it doesn’t mean they had to have a pre requisite to why they acted like this. She is just a Rude B who gets away with things. It’s that simple I think.

I totally agree especially when there are people going all the way back to high school saying that she was a mean girl. Her father obviously coddled her as he paid for her to keep her spot on choir as she missed enough that she would normally be kicked off. There are people saying what happened in high school doesn't matter to them because people change those people are ignoring that people from high school onwards are coming out with similar stories. She hasn't changed, she is the classic high school mean girl and because of being a nepo baby she got away with the bad behaviour on set until she was a big enough name that people just excuse it anyway. If she wasn't a nepo she wouldn't have booked another job with that attitude as a child actor and wouldn't have gotten her first big break.

I don't follow Candace Owen but her latest video about a Reddit post that knew this Blake/Justin saga was going to happen and a snippet of an interview where the composer for Deadpool talking about receiving a call from Blake to do a score for her film at the last minute and firing the previous composer is unbelievable! Also Colleen Hoover's level of involvement in this is interesting. Goodness so hard to not follow all this drama!
