CYBER CAFE??? LOL! Lord all mighty I haven't heard that phrase in about 13 - 14 years... I grew up in the Middle East. For all those who don't know, this was back when fast internet, or even broadband was not that affordable and available. The more expensive internet connections went up to 4MPps, then a bit more, then we got T1 and so on. So some people thought that a room full of computers with high speed internet that people can use for gaming (such as Counter Strike, Battlefield when it first came out, etc) or other internet access, where they can charge usage by the hour would work. That is a Cyber cafe, and where I grew up, those were popping up left and right, making a lot of money for a time. The fact that this scammer used the phrase Cyber Cafe was hilarious, and shows that he has no idea that the world moved on. :)
