I CAMP ALONE WITH WILD ELEPHANTS AND MY TOYOTA HILUX! |S2EP13|

I leave Nata en route to a magical place called: Elephant Sands. Eleplant Sands is a bush lodge and bush camp settled next to a huge waterhole. Tones of wild elephants are naturally roaming around to drink and play, day and night.
Although I'm not a big fan of the lodge part, I spend most of my time in the wild camp, completely alone (with Rafiki, my Hilux)...well, also surrounding with elephants but also predators...
The night in the rooftop tent is going to be fun and spectacular...since lions and leopards are known to hunt around at night.
Such an unique and unforgettable experience into the wild...one of the first ones during the solo expedition in Africa!
I leave Elephant Sands the day after to head to my last stopover in Africa: Kasane and one of the most beautiful parks in Africa: Chobe National Park, for one other wildlife experience!

Sleeping among the wildlife is so incredible. I once had a grizzly bear sleep just outside my camp. It was terrifying yet magical at the same time.

That is such an amazing video. You were so close to those elephants! And the leopards walked past your tent! I feel nervous, even anxious, just watching this, but you are so calm, and above everything else, you are so full of joy!!! (except when Rafiki got stuck!) Were you about to cry when that elephant came into the frame while you were having lunch 😂 anyways, ig this is the real africa, not what the Hollywood showes you❤ You should have tried putting water on elephants at the pound, they will not harm you. I have tried that. It's a memorable experience....❤ Love for India ... Stay safe.

Elephant Sands have too many elephants! If you look at earlier Google Earth images you'll see much more mature trees around the waterhole than now
