Not enough food!! Fruit throughout the day and some veggies is always good....But honey one taco??!! At least do two or three minimum. ❤

Hearty breakfast and light dinner might be a healthier option - energy for the day, hence eat in the morning! Also, where is fibre? Some fruits and veggies would be nice both for fibre and for vitamins. To each its own, I guess. But the lack of veggies really screamed to me!

You’re doing a great job! Keep it up! I’ve been on a calorie deficit for a little over a month now and I exercise 5-6 days a week. I’ve lost 18 pounds so far and I’m toning. It works! It just takes consistency.

I’ve been counting calories for about 5 weeks now and it’s been really helpful for me! I’ve been eating a lot more chicken though instead of ground beef as a result. If you can find the small low carb tortillas they’re only 45 calories! I had 5 chicken tacos the other night😂 Just thought I’d share because I love a high volume low calorie meal🤣🤣

@@HikariFAnimations I’m sorry you struggled with that. I don’t cut out anything I love to eat, I don’t count when I’m going out or for special occasions and I always eat at the end of the day if I’m hungry regardless if I go over my calorie count. I have a really healthy relationship with food but diabetes runs strong in my family and I’m overweight from babies. Also, I did this years ago as well and have been okay since. Thank you though.

Carb manager is such a game changing app even if you’re not doing keto you can adjust your macros to what works for your body. I found that for my body 45-50 carbs a day and I can still steadily lose weight without exercise at a healthy pace. Also measure your cheese and creamer with measuring cup what I thought was 1/4 cup was not and so many wasted calories. Cheese is so high calorie for not much food. Premier protein shakes are a game changer too!

Never ever measure by cup. Get a scale. I had weight loss surgery 3 years ago. I’ve lost over half my weight. I gained back 16 pounds and wasn’t sure why. My app and food journal said I was in a deficit. I started weighing things a month ago and I’m down 6 pounds. Good luck love. ❤

good for you :) as someone who has battled being anywhere from morbidly obese to a regular weight (size 12 American) I can say this is absolutely true. In North America we are VERY used to seeing super large portions so when we are trying to cut back we think of wow, this is so much less than I used to eat but many Americans (I am specifically talking about Canada and the USA) an avg daily intake can EASILY top 5000 Calories to 10,000 without even thinking about it. Learning what does 1 ounce of cheese really look like, what does a 4 oz breast of chicken really look like, etc. Once you have this in your head from measuring and weighing everything you can pretty quickly understand why you were not loosing weight or why you are gaining.

Only eat within an 8 hr window. That leaves 16 hours fasting. You'll lose a lot of weight. Don't eat after 8 pm. Lots of water.

Have you ever tried carrot sticks and hummus? Celery and peanut butter? Sauted mixed veggies as an appetizer? Veggies have no calories, if you leave out the dipping sauce or ranch dip and saute in very little olive oil or avocado oil. 😊

I don’t like to comment on anyone’s weight usually.. I feel like it may not helpful all the time but.. Every time I watch your videos I always think your body, your hair, and your outfits are so pretty. I have the opposite issue where I can’t put on weight and it causes a lot of healthy issues and risks. Sometimes we try and lose weight when our body is at a healthy balance but we don’t like what we see. So we keep going and it can cause problems. For me, counting calories became an issue after a while because it kinda became a form of control for me when I felt I could take control other areas of my life. But I also know it’s something that has helped others a lot. Everyone’s journey is different. I’m not saying this is your case by any means, your weight journey is between you and your doctor. But I just wanted you to know that when I watch your videos I think you are so pretty and very jealous of your beauty lol. But I know it’s normal to want what we don’t have right? Regardless, I hope you are making decisions that will help your health and help you feel better as a woman, a mom, and a wife. You’re beautiful no matter your size. 😊 I wish you nothing but positive things and good health my love. 💜

I'm sure this is a super unpopular opinion and I know I don't know you at all but please do not let your fiance bathe your child. Major red flag. That situation just should not happen until at least he is your husband but even then always be careful! I'm sure you're going to make excuses and say but I know him and that would never happen but it's just not worth the risk! Sorry I definitely don't mean to be nosy at all but that caught my attention.
