Natanyahu....
here is the entire conversation in English.
But once again, the world will say we are the aggressors.
Let the world say whatever they want to say.
But Bibi aren't you afraid from what they're going to say.
I can easily manipulate the United States and I'm not afraid to stand against the United Nations.
The most important key factor here is to strike hard at the beginning, from the start.
Not one strike but a number of painful strikes at once.
So that the price they have to pay is unbearable.
And so far it hasn't been bearable.
And what I mean by that is a wide open attack on the Palestinian authority.
So that they feel the fear of the total collapse to their rights.
Only fear is going to lead them to submission.
You just wait and watch.
But once again the world will say again that we are the aggressors.
So what, let the world say whatever they want to say.
But Bibi aren't you afraid from what they're going to say.
Especially today with the United States. I understand their nature very well. It's very easy to manipulate the Americans and move in the direction that I want.
Even if they said something. Okay let's say they say whatever, then what.
80% of Americans support us. It is stupidity but...
I was not afraid from manipulating Clinton's administration and I was not afraid standing up to Clinton.
I'm not afraid to stand up to the United Nations.
What do you think happened to the Oslo agreement.
The agreement that the Parliament had agreed on.
I was asked prior to 1996 elections if I was going to honor the agreement or not.
I said okay but conditional on a likewise treatment and lessening our withdrawals.
I added one very specific clause to the agreement and with that I was able to put a stop from returning back to the 1967 borders agreement.
The agreement did not specify military sites and that's why I took advantage of that and considered all areas that require security to be military sites.
With that, to me the entire westbank is a military site.
There is no one anymore at let's say.... Like the Bisan valley.
Exactly, that's how it is.
And then there is this other question of who is going to decide on these military sites.
I received this letter from the United States foreign Secretary Warren Christopher. Myself and Yasser Arafat at the same time received a letter.
It said that only Israel has the right to decide on these military sites' locations and size.
At the beginning they didn't want to give me that letter. This is why I refused to approve the Alkhalil (Hebron) 1997 agreements.
I paused all the government meetings and I said I won't sign.
Then when that letter arrived during the meeting, to me and to Arafat at the time, then I signed the Alkhalil(Hebron) agreements.
It is better off to give 2% rather than give 100% and that was the choice we faced.
I gave 2% but I put a stop on going back to the 1967 borders agreement, and so it was better than giving 100%
