LE, I hear your concerns about large animals. There is one thing you should check, though. Just check that all your what ifs don't become too much of a habit that it stops you from doing things. I understand these feelings absolutely they are real. Someone said to acknowledge your feelings and put them in my pocket. I tried this a few times on myself and my grandson. Well, it freed us both up a lot. It sort of helped us not think of the fear so much but concentrate on what we are doing and enjoy the moment more. Awareness without fear felt good.

Megan and LE, youll can get solar powered electric net fencing, for letting the goats out in the back pastures. They use them at Coghill, and at Random Major farms. The come in rolls of hundreds of yaeds, the stakes are attached, and it can be set up in minutes, or pulled up and moved after they have cleared 1area n the back pastures. If storms are coming and flooding is predicted, just pull up and roll up the net fencing , until the water goes down. You will surely bring them back to the little pasture at night, so they will not be in danger from predators. All you will have to move around with you are several bucket of water and a moveable water trough to keep water out there. Once they clear 1area, you just pull up the fence, move it to the next area and bring the goats out to the area so they can eat the forage plants every day.

Hi LE, lovely to see that the donkeys will be there for a while. They will be an asset to the very back pastures once all the fencing is cleared of debris. I like the idea of being able to take the little herd of goats for a forage once or twice a week when the babies are a bit older. You or Megan or both could watch them for an hour or so whilst doing a live like a Q and A time. Perhaps a picnic lunch with the littles. Who knows you are the creative ones. ❤ Just could be me but when you are speaking to Megan I miss much of her input as she's not close enough to the microphone 😢 It got a little better today when you were closer to each other or she spoke louder. I am not trying to be nasty here, just letting you know in case others are having the same problem. Lovely video with the donkeys. LE you are you and don't change to be someone else ❤
