I loved these two Episodes 5 & 6 showing us the starting romance between WU BI & SU YU, and with the many scenes remake that were also part of ADDICTION... specially this one at 4:01 😂😂😂 In ADDICTION it was an old cuckoo's clock from the walk that felt down on GU HAI foot... fulfilling the curse right away... 😂😂😂 BUT the most important moment in this scene highlight video is this moment from Episode 6 at 2:33: NOTICE that the facing each other biking scene from Episode 5 is an homage of this Series to the Japanese Film KIDS RETURN from 1996 written and directed by Takeshi Kitano, from which the official French poster of the "Version Restaurée" is to be found in SUYU's bedroom in postcard size in this frame, down on the left side. What to say about the delightful and cheerful way of WU BI in Episode 5 from 0:35 here "being poor" for the first time in his life, enjoying that cold water morning wash up, wearing his very cute Thoshine Brand grey striped Winter Pajamas Set made of Chinese Silk & Satin... like a little Prince out of the palace... 😂😂😂 Hilarious.... 😂😂😂 My sister said it was like listening to Barbra Streisand intro to the song "Happy Days Are Here Again" in The Garry Moore Show with the lines: "Champagne, got to celebrate: I'm broke... I'm poor... I never felt so lighthearted..." 😂😂😂 That is exactly the feelings that Xu Bin (as Wu Bi) is showing us in that scene sequence... Amazing. 😂😂😂 XU BIN and ZHANG JIONG MIN acting is really great in this Series, and their chemistry is also really intense... and specially when they gaze at each other we can feel a strong sense of attraction and wondering at the same time in the facing each other biking scene from Episode 5. I was wondering why the actor ZHANG JIONG MIN (as SU YU here) felt so familiar to me and I realize he looks and feels very much like Thai actor SINGTO Prachaya back in SOTUS The Series. My personal favorite moments from Episode 5: - Duo Duo getting drunk while they all were having diner together after WU BI bought her a toy gun to play at a store. - WU BI blowing into SU YU's ear lying next to him, just to get him up and chat a bit before sleeping next to each other for the very first time. - WU BI stopping his father from slapping him and saying: "You can't beat me anymore. If you use violence against me again; don't blame me for being rude back to you." - The facing each other biking scene, that is a wonderful recreation of the one with Masaru (acted by Ken Kaneko) and Shinji (acted by Masanobu Andō), in the scene after the film title credits of KIDS RETURN, which happens also in their high school campus area. BUT the scene here with WU BI and SU YU has a stronger romantic value, as it is the very first thing they do together as one. My personal favorite moments from Episode 6: - Noticing the postcard of the poster of KIDS RETURN from 1996 by the window in SU YU's bedroom. - WU BI curse scene with the ceiling ventilator falling down on his foot. - SU YU driving the bike with WU BI (because he hurt his foot); grabbing some buns cooked by Auntie ZHOU in the way and WU BI being bite by SU YU while getting a bun to eat. - WU BI's fake father acting the role very well in front of SU YU. Cheers...!

Can anyone confirm for sure if this is a BL, a bromance or friendship series? I know that in China it's not allowed to show male love explicitly, but still what kind of series is this?

I am not sure what you mean by "male love explicitly" but there are many very good BL Series from China in the past years: "Capture Lover" (2020); "Every Moment that I Think of You" (2021); "My Esports Genius Brother" (2021) and "In You Heart" (2022)... just to name the ones known worldwide. 😏 Cheers...!

And yes, China bans media explicitly depicting men romantically and sexually in love. When I see some recent Chinese series labeled "BL" it's always bromance. Hence my question about this Stay With Me series.
