As a composer, I get plenty of time to myself (when I am not recording at F Flat studios, which I built from scratch), so I am seriously thinking about getting that very same drone and becoming an auditor (possibly "LaLa Audits" hahaha), but it won't be industrial estates or businesses. I find the whole thing fascinating!

Such a sweet lady at reception, the sun shines on that property and nice video. ⭐⭐⭐👍 The Observatory was originally Towry Law House when constructed in 1997 then renamed when the law offices closed in c. 2018. Many of the construction drawings were scanned in as documents in 2011 and 4180 m2 (~46000 ft2). Planning history shows Towry Law House [The Observatory] replaced the Burford Group Meteorological Office Site with footprint to the rear of the property. Zoning use noted it as research and development. Western Road was one of the earlier developments west of Bracknell. Maxis, the new offices next door, consists of two buildings constructed in 2008-09, 273,105 ft2. Planning indicates the owners were adding additional solar in 2022.
