I can't believe how EASY this dessert is to make! A cake that melts in your mouth!
125g flour.
1/2 teaspoon baking powder.
30 g cocoa.
5 eggs.
A pinch of salt. 3 g vanillin.
150g sugar.
5 egg yolks.
Bake in a 20cm tin in a preheated oven at 170°C for about 40 minutes.
2 bananas.
10 grams of butter.
500 g cream cheese or mascarpone.
3 g vanillin.
100g powdered sugar.
200 ml cream 33% fat.
1 teaspoon orange spice.
100 ml milk.
Place in the refrigerator for 4-5 hours.
25g dark chocolate.
Garnish with orange coconut flakes.
