Just play it and see for yourself. You get small drugs at 6 bigger ones at 8 and 5k ones at 10. Damage, healing, as, shielding scales also proportional. But portal rng can be fucked sometimes

I just had a trainer sentinel game with portal, mage, and bastion. Hit 10 portal when my opponent was on 80 hp and I was sitting on 13 or 14. Had to slam less than ideal Ryze items, but still. I was two away from 3 star Ryze and 3 away from 3 star Norra. All because my opponent didn't ff when I hit 10 portal, what a legend
