In my neck of the woods, frogs will engulf bobbers. If those bass are 5-6 must be using the metric scale. At least hes catching and not just fishing!
@NathanCrumrine4 жыл бұрын
I fished for red drum in corpus christie using blue crab as bait. When the bobber would slowly but contstantly move in one direction you would know another crab got it. Id reel in and another crab would be latched onto the bait crab. Super annoying.

Why do you use 65lbs braid for bass fishing? I feel like my 25lbs mono is too visible for bass
@satanlovesmemoreable6 жыл бұрын
Yea but how about the fishes jaw. I lost a slob to a snag , wish i had me some braided
@wisdompotato3156 жыл бұрын
Briad is, as you probably already know, a stronger line in general because of it's braided design. And because of that, braid can get that strength at a thinner diameter. So even 65lb braid would only be about half the diameter of 25lb mono. Therefore it's not as visible as you may think. Although with most braid applications it shouldn't matter too much about line visibility seeing as you'll usually us it in thick grass or muddy water or with a mono to floro leader.
@asexualnonbinaryoterkinfem62366 жыл бұрын
You can easily catch 20-30 lbs fish with 6lbs fishing line and its much more fun. This guy is an amateur.
@theeRangRang6 жыл бұрын
Pierre-luc Tremblay or he does it differently because he wants to
@spencerzumwalt89576 жыл бұрын
@@asexualnonbinaryoterkinfem6236 You can but not when there is heavy cover involved. If you have open water where you can let the fish run then yea you can catch big fish on light line. If your fishing around wood piles and thick mats and such you can't use light line you have to muscle the fish in.
@nathenwallis56646 жыл бұрын

I was in upper Wisconsin parked in a parking lot of Target. There was a creek about 18 inches wide, with a monster 4 pound native trout slamming insects as they touched the surface. I never caught it or tried, but I should've gone into Target to buy a temporary license to get that monster. That fish was longer than the stream was wide. This video is amazing, brought back a lot of memories from around the country.
