For your information, baller is not from NPC's are becoming smarter. It is from Boss Fighting Stages, NPC's are becoming smarter kind of adopted the baller meme into their own game. Baller is one of the four classes and some of the skins that you have seen from baller are the characters and bosses of the actual game. If you ever play Roblox, you should totally try Boss Fighting Stages Rebirth. Amazing game with good storyline. Edit: Almost forgot, but baller is the weakest character of the bunch, which explains why his specials are pretty weak.
