Also! I’m a cat owner in central London (Victoria). Indoor cats, we keep the doors and windows shut, and it’s absolutely fine! I go out for cigarettes and just shut the door behind me, they aren’t bothered. They are curious, but stay away since it’s unknown. You’ll honestly be fine! I live on the top floor too. Sometimes we let them out on the balcony but don’t let them jump up on the ledge so they stay on the floor, but tend to just not. I say definitely get a cat!! They’re worth it!
