I Can't Believe What Ate This HUGE BAIT!!!

We hook up into 2 monsters at the same time from the beach with huge Makaira 130 Wide fishing reels. We use big fishing gear so we can land the fish that we catch as fast as possible. Paired with an even quicker release, we have a 100% survival rate on all big game species we have released. We did not land the sevengill shark that we were looking for, after these catches, we packed up everything and headed home. Dan the Man got to fight with an apex predator of the ocean. He took first place in The Jerk Squad Meetup #10 Fishing Tournament ( • Jerk Squad Meetup #10 ... ) at Oceanside Pier. This trip was his prize. He says he had a good time and thanks us greatly. Whats the actual law out there if your shark fishing and catch a white do you have to leave or stop shark fishing. I feel like rising numbers of whites its gonna be hard to fish big baits with out getting into them. I

You can't legally target them. You are correct, we catch a lot as bycatch all year. You don't have to stop fishing, but we frequently leave if that is all that is biting. More of a personal choice, not the law.
