Hey Larry, I was watching your video and you was saying that you plant grass seed and it washes downhill get some stuff called Sunday. You hook it up to your water hose and you spray it that is some good stuff in my yard and I love it.

And also, if you wanted to, you can get a aerator and aerate your yard and then put holes in it and then you can plant grass seed and it won’t wash downhill

I hope it comes with no issues a friend of ours had the same issue as you and when they came to the house to deliver the couch was damaged needless to say after going back and forth with them they finally just asked for a refund because to get a replacement they were told 10 weeks. The supply chain issues are still horrible, best thing to do if this happens is to visit several furniture stores to see what’s available that is in stock and then choose one that fits your needs. 😤

Always a hit or miss when you plant grass seed. Either it rains and washes away, or the birds have a feast. Honestly, stepping on the seed won't hurt it. It plants it a nit deeper so that it won't wash away so easily.

No joke are weather on the east coast is all kinds of messed up I mowed my grass probably like 2 weeks ago and my yard in April is never mushy and sinks down when u step on it never I mean one year we had it like that and it was cause it rained for a month straight but literally took days to dry up and ik your supposed to roll your yard when it’s like that but didint think to do it but I finally got it back to someone flat and a little angled degree for the water to go down to the road
