Oh man, Micronauts is one of my favorite series of all time. It’s the first series as a kid that I hunted down every issue. My favorite characters from it are Bug and Acroyear. Also loved Huntarr from later in the series.

Why would you openly admit to getting books you dislike/don't want to read when there are other people on the OPB affiliate team that could talk about those books passionately...the comic book report, Omni dog, illuminerdy, etc. I thought they got free OPB books to make early overviews? Or did you hog up all the new releases once you got hired

Your message really shows how much you value the other KZbinrs, and I can relate to that-they’re just as important to me. We’re all in a group chat together and have built a close friendship where we support each other’s work. The copies I receive for first-look videos are the same (usually damaged) ones that used to go to David when he handled first looks. These are for showcasing new releases as early as possible and aren’t related to the review copies that the other KZbinrs receive later on for their channels.
